MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT    In order to proceed with our services, it is necessary that all parties involved fully understand the following:   1. David MacDonald agrees in accordance with NCAA rules, to provide the services requested and agreed upon by the parties involved as indicated on the Management Program details document. 2. The fee associated with the David MacDonald and/or the HockeyFamilyAdvisor Management Program is a one-time fee; there are no contingent fees. 3. The student athlete agrees to indemnify and hold harmless David MacDonald and/or the HockeyFamilyAdvisor Management Program and any of its employees, agents and/or officers or anyone else, with whom in law it is responsible. 4. David MacDonald and/or the HockeyFamilyAdvisor Management Program makes no guarantees that a scholarship or financial aid package will be offered to the student athlete. The promise made is that David and his associates will do everything possible to open doors and to make sure that the student athlete is considered for every possibility to play at the next level. 5.
